Teaching in Everyday Experiences

We have two primary roles as parents: 

to give our children the tools they will need to be successful 

in the world without us

and to give them a place where they know they can always return to receive unconditional love and needed guidance.

Thanks to the internet, supportive legislation, and a very supportive homeschool community, ANY parent who wants to homeschool can do it. My husband and I were both teachers. We decided to homeschool our own children because we know firsthand how difficult the school system is for many kids. It has been the best parenting decision we have made.
